I use the autocashout feature on parimatch but it didn’t work as it should and the bet continued to play until the end which led to losses. This feature should work exactly accord to the conditions, and I hope that Parimatch will fix this glitch and return my funds!!! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Aug 15, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved The support service promptly reviewed my request, admitted the error and recalculated it. I received a refund and was promised that the company would work to fix the glitch in the auto cashout feature. I hope that in the future the function will work reliably and accurately
