[Resolved]  Parimatch India — Lackluster chat support

It's just a nightmare having to contact chat support at parimatch. Every time I need help urgently, they just ignore me or reply after years. It's so annoying when no one is appreciative.

They said there was a very heavy workload with support calls. They promised to fix the speed of response.
