[Resolved]  Parimatch India — Problema - System gives an error and I cant use promotional offers!!

I won free spins in one of the promotional offers, but when I try to acttivate them, the systems gives an error and I can’t use them!!!

I contacted support and they confirmed that it was a technical glitch. They compensated me for the free spins and apologized for the inconvenience. I was able to use the bonus on another slot.
