[Resolved] Parimatch India — Problema - the system froze and I did not receive a confirmation!!

When trying to place a bet on a football match, the system froze and I did not receive a confirmation. After refreshing the page, the bet was registered twice which resulted in a double bet amount. Suppport has not yet ofered any solutions and I want to cancel the duplicate bet!!! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Sep 12, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved After my bet was mistakenly registered twice, you successfully cancelled the duplicate bet and refunded the funds to my account. I can now continue to place bets with confidence, knowing that any errors will be quickly corrected.
