I tried to fund the account through my mobile operator, but the transaction was stuck in the confirmation stage!!! Funds were deducted from my mobille account, but did not show up on the Parimatch accountt!!! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Oct 25, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved After a call for support, they contacted my mobile operator and found that the funds were blocked on the operator’s side. The money has been successfully transferred to my account at Parimatch, and now I can continue playing
