When I tried to place a live bet the site froze and i was unable to complete the action. As a result i missed an advantageous moment. This greatly damaged my trust in the platform!!! I expect improvements in the stability of the site!!! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Aug 15, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted Parimatch support with a complaint about the unstable operation of the site. The support team confirmed that the problem was caused by a technical glitch and promised to work to improve the stability of the site. I hope that in the future the site will work more reliably and such glitches will not occur
