I have applied for LL on MCWG at RTO, Balangir in Odisha on Date-27/09/2019 and paid Rs.-200 online on dt.09/10/2019 . Since that date When I try to book my Slots a message is shown on screen that no slots are available for next sixty days. If online Slots are not booked ? So, why such farce is doing ?
