Parivahan.gov.in — vehicle fitness fee is pending for more than 3 days at parivahan.gov.in

I have tried to get my vehicle no.-wb65c1557 fitness fee from parivahan.gov.in site but it gets stuck on payment gateway for more than 3 days.
Every time the screen show that - your transaction is pending at bank side, click here to clear the transaction before applying for any fresh application or payment.
So, kindly help me out from the above said.
