Parivahan.gov.in — non opening of dl renewal sight

DL renewal sight o[censored]P65(Varanasi RTO) is not opening from Lucknow UP .since I have shifted from Varanasi to Lucknow it is not possible for me to get my DL renewed from Varanasi .I have sent e -mail to help [protected]@gov.in two times and telephoned six times but problem has not been solved so far .I am a retired UPPCL officer and Sr Citizen so kindly help me.
