Dear sir,
I karan sharma attached passbook pic for the proof o[censored]p tax payment of vechicle no up51at5585 chassis no 02345 on parivahan site money of rs 42107 debited on 05/11/2018 on parivahan site failed transection up road tax not my money refund they tell me will no refund can be made through the application.
The applicant may approach the rto/ transport department for manual refund process
I call the customer care they tell complaint on mail... But no response mail through
Plz help me sir refund my money
