Parle — bad product | |||
Dear sir I purchased buiscit from my neighbouring shop here in Gujarat Ankleshwar . Bad taste and odour were observed in a packet of parle Monaco jira biscuits.retailer refused to take it back and give the refund. Product was under expiry date. Packing date is 01/19. Valid for 6 months.So please register my complaint as it is harmful to eat such product.The batch number of product is " SP 20C P. Such type of fault decrease the reputation of such big company. I am taking parle G biscuit daily with my tea. Without parle G biscuits my day day is un fulfilled. So daily I love to take biscuits with tea. But now a days taste of the biscuits is changing. So I I decided not to take tea.

There was an hair stuck in between the biscuit and only small percentage sticking out so i can see it. Hairs have streptococcus bacteria and you are supposed to follow GMP guidelines . Hope you tighten your Quality management systems.
