Parle — found bad mildew in one of the product

I purchased parle vanilla flavoured cake few weeks back, when i opened the pack found mildew or powdery on the cake, that was packed on 22/01/2020, i didn't expect this kind of products from a reputed company, i bought this product for my kids, can you imagine if i feed this to children with out seeing the product, so i need proper action against the company, i already emailed the pics to the company customer care service, but i didn't get any reply from them. Please help me
