[Resolved] Parsh Tax Solutions LLP — fraud won't refund my money | |||||
I had done a payment of ₹500 to the parsh tax solutions llp on 15th november 2019. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund me the full amount, the only amount that can be refunded was ₹107 which is too less compared to what i payed for my pan card. I tried to get in touch via call and also mail they wouldn't respond soon and wouldn't even initiate my refund. I would like a full refund or atleast 50% or more than it because there aren't any necessary charges for them to not refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed Parsh Tax Solutions LLP nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
