I had applied for a name change in my pancard by end of January and am yet to get the same. Everytime I send a message there is a standard reply that I will be updated shortly on the position of the same. The reviews about this company are not so good. Regret I had chosen this. Greetings of the day!. It seems that there is some delay in processing of your application. There were delays in processing from last few months due to demonetization. We would request you to share applicant details with us, so that we can check delay in processing. If there is an objection in application, write to us at "[protected]@eindiatax.com".

The most fake and unworthy CA firm. No customer service courtesy, no reverts till you send at least 3 reminders!
I had applied for my mom's pancard for an urgent pension application - all these guys know is to write 'We will get back to you shortly' and their shortly is only 45 days/ too short isnt it?
