Hi, I applied for PAN CARD in a private agency who give service for it. I applied for pan card on 16thOCT2015 and the apply process or payments were successful. I followed the next as mentioned in his website, I sent my document throw Currier service. And my documents delivered to him on 21stOCT2015 as Currier agent said to me. And the company also verified they have received my documents... and will give me tracking details shortly. But its 28thOCT2015, they have'nt send my any details yet. Their call service is not responsive, they don't reply back to my email, even on facebook messages. They have their facebook page, I also sent messages on facebook but I did'nt get any positive response. I must say This Is A Big Fraud Company. Please Take action soon.

This company taken my money and not given me any response and it is very big big big big big fraud company...
And not giving my cash...not refunding...

And the company's website is also not opening ...means this is the fully fraud company...
So any suggest me the best idea to get my money back...

I have applied for a pan card and after submitting a fee of rs 299, they send me a link of document and asked to courier it along with my other documents and now i am not getting any response from thier side as now i read the reviews online so i found that it is a fraud company who took money from lot of people so please clear our issue.
