Parveen Travels — bus travel - extremely poor service | |||
I travelled with Parveen to Tanjore and back from Chennai. I had to wait at the boarding point for a while, and was told the van had broken down and was put in an Ola auto to Koyambedu. The 10:30 pm bus left at 11:45 pm and after several stops to pick up angry customers, reached Tanjore three hours late. On my return, I was given a revised notification for the boarding point and waited there for an hour, I spoke to a representative once who told me to wait at the same spot and that I would be picked up. But the bus never came there and left without me. Another representative tried to get the bus to wait at the next point and took me there, but the driver had left. No one picked up repeated calls, I was stranded, was late for a wedding, and had to reach Chennai very late in the night, all because of Parveen. Ladies travelling alone like me would have a tough time under such circumstances. I've been trying to reach them for a refund on their customer care line, and they keep cutting my calls. Terrible experience with them. They're supposed to be a good travel agency. Was this information helpful? | |||
