Parveen Travels — I'm complaining about the bus destination spot

We had booked our tickets at parveen travel from nagercoil to chennai, due to cellular problem the bus driver somehow managed to board at 12:30 pm. It took nearly 14 and half hour travel. Where we are about to board at our destination at around 7 in the morning. We all understood the situation of bus condition and we cooperated with this regard. But finally our stop is at koyambedu, but they left us in perungalathur. We were disappointed at this situation, as we are new to this place we left nowhere to go.

The bus from CBE to Chennai started 30 minutes late and was told it will reach by 6.30. But it was in Madurantakam nearly 84Km another 1.5 hr from Chennai at 6.30. In addition, the audio was on all the time affecting the sleep. Finally frequent horn and too much braking made it a very bad experience, not sure will travel again thru' your company.
