Each boarding point he stopped bus more than 15mts. At velankanni bus stand to unloading luggage driver fight with parcel receiver more than 30mts, unloading parcel 45 mts, so we arrived vedaraniam 8.10am. Please take action against driver and poor service. If you continue, the poor service, we neclet parveen travels, for bitter experience of 27.07.2019 travel.
