[Resolved] Parveen Travels — rude behaviour of driver and staff | |
Good day sir, This complaint is with respect to your good vehicle registered as py01cp7934 travelling from chennai to madurai on 6th dec 2017. The bus was supposed to pick up myself at 0645 from tambaram but reached at 0710 which is still understandable considering chennai traffic, when requested by my friend to stop at tambaram for picking me up the driver and your staff agreed on the pick up point to be at tambaram railway station and thereby i was waiting there for pick up but the bus stopped half a kilometre far and was not ready to wait for 5mins for my walk from station to your bus and involved in a rude disrespectful argument with my friend. This is highly unacceptable and we would neither travel nor suggest anyone to use your services deciding upon this incident. Pls conduct a workshop for your staff in explaining them about what customer service is really about if you don't want to lose any further business from any other unhappy customer. Thank you.
