[Resolved]  Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — About new domestic meter connection and asking for bribe

Sub- complaint about bribing & not giving/provide to me new domestic meter connection for residential purpose on govt rate, since december, 2013 and creating and mis-behave with me and creating problem and showing other rule for domestic meter connection in this effect.
Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention towards the corruption for providing a new domestic meter connection in pratap vihar, ghaziabad area that my name is prabhu nath sah, reside at j-212, pratap vihar, ghaziabad near sdo, pratap vihar, electricity office, ghaziabad.
2. Sir i have a 100 gaj residential plot no j-212, in which i have build a residential house for residential purpose. I have applied for a new domestic meter connection for residential purpose at j-212, pratap vihar, ghaziabad and application for new domestic meter connection, in this regard i already submited an application for new domestic meter connection in the month of dec, 2013 at pratap vihar and rathi, vijay nagar office. After past the two month they are not giving me a new domestic meter connection and demand for it around indian rupees 60 to 70 for new domestic meter connection as a bribe.
3. I refuse for giving any bribe for new domestic meter connection than they convert my house as a multi story building instead of doestic house and shown my house as a bahu manjila imarat and directed to me je & sdo, pratap vihar that you have to pay/submit 1000/- at rathi, vijay nagar, ghaziabad electricity office for get electrification for new domestic meter connection thereafter we will be start the process for it and quoted the rule about bahu manjila imarat. After that later i reliesed that this is unfair and corruption. As per rule & as per govt of india order that there is no any provision for electrification of a domestic house for getting new meter connection whether it is for one manjil or three munjil house and electrification is applicable only for multi story building or commercial building/complex. Than i submit an application against the same at rathi, vijay nagar office for provide me a new domestic meter connection without any electrification at govt rate i.E. Its cost around 6 to 7 thousand for geting new domestic meter connection but they not heard my greivancve and pressing hard to me for get electrification in this regard since i have not paid any bribe to this effect and also submited a rti application for enqire about the matter.
4. In view of the above you are requested please look into the matter personaly and give/provide me a new domestic meter connection at my residential domestic house on govt rate.
