A poor lady got a electricity bill from paschimanchal vidyut vitran nigam limited worth 33360.00 which she is now unable to pay, request many time to reveal the amount, so that she can able to pay. But no one helping her they keep disconnecting electricity. They keep asking to pay full payment, which she have not used.
