This is to bring to your notice that there was a power line snap at the electricity pole in my block and the department failed to fix the error. For more precise information my account id is [protected], book no[protected].
The fault was brought to the notice of je and sdo but both the parties could not take any prompt action to restore the electricity supply. The local lineman were made to attempt the complaint but could only satisfy to the extent that there is a cable fault and cannot be dealt at immediate time. The incident happened at around 06:30pm on 25/03/2018
I hereby request your prompt action/resolution to fix the error.
In addition complaint no [protected] is still open and has not been fixed till date. With the registration date of the complaint you can well understand how the designated officers in the area are performing.
