Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam [Pvvnl] — regarding the issue in electricity bill

Hello customer care,

I want to file a complain about the issue in electricity bill. Actually i have paid my home electricity bill online from past years.

But, now there is arrier of approximate of rs. 9000/- which was not show online but showed in monthly electricity slip.

Kindly clear this issue as soon as possible.
