Dear Concern,
After speaking to all your junior management staffs, i have been forced to write this complaint that I am highly disappointed with the service given by Pasco Automobiles. In the month of March 2020, as a normal car service I went to Pasco and meet with the advisor and asked him to do service along with changing the clutch if needed thereafter he came back in sometime and said that car can run more 10000 kms before clutch work with same time let's do it now instead of more 10000kms. And finally he charged the clutch bill with stating that it'll take a bit of time to get it normal which has happened in the month of March 2020 since then I'm complaining verbally whatsapp and through visit.
Unfortunately this time i became very harsh and then all wake up and started calling me. After such irresponsible behavior and debiting the bill without changing the parts of car.
I would urge investigate this and take the action against those who are involved. In case It's not done then I'll go to court and pulled all of them. Was this information helpful? |
