Passport — Not received my passport yet after 26 days of police verification and i am about to catch flight next week

i applied for my passport at the end of may 2014 and now i am writing down this complaint on 23/06/2014, i have to pay fine of rs 5000 because of error in address ok i understand that but i have cleared my police verification 26 day ago and yet i haven't received my passport yet and i have a flight to catch on 02/07/2014 which is next week if i miss this flight my job will be in danger and have to catch the flight any how so please help me.. file no- CA[protected] D.O.B- 21/11/1992 City- kolkata State- West Bengal
