Passport Office Bangalore — Money Not Refund

My Name is pragathi.I made a online payment of 17/02/2017 using my Rupay card of Rs.1512.75. I got a message regarding deduction of funds. But the Payment Status is showing Failed. After referring to my fellow applicants comments, will i really get a refund.

Please help...
SBI Never expected this sort of service... Legally thefting money from common people.
