Passport Office Chandigarh — Delay in processing the Passport

I have applied for the renewal of passport on 15th Jan 2017 but i didn't receive any information regarding police verification or any status update.I have submitted all the required documents at Hisar Camp held on 15th Jan 2017. The website showing the same status from last one month. No email no information is conveyed.
Please do the needful.
