Passport Office Chandigarh — verification done but not received passport

Dear sir /madam

I am fully dissppointed from your services as my file no is ch[protected] and appointment date was 11th july and verification done on 31st july too late and even today whenever i checked the status. Still pending for verification shiws your data. I called the person who dud verification at our home on 31st july, he always given excuses that he didnt get time to farward my file... What the hell us this.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.
