Passport Office Dehradun — passport is pending for verification from last 2 month

Dear sir/madam,
My name is lalit mohan pathak, mobile no. [protected], file no. Dd01c[protected].
From last one month i am calling passport office dehradun on no. [protected] and[protected], but still no one is picking my call.
Secondlly from last 2 month my file is pending from regional office end.
Requested you to clear my file asap.
It is very important and urgent for me.
