Respected Sir,
I hereby write this mail to close my file (File: DL[protected] with ARN: 22-[protected]. I previously applied for my passport at ITO Passport Office and I the application was objected as I was unable to provide the sufficient documents while police clearance as my current address and permanent address where not matching.
So kindly close my file to continue my process in PSK Kozhikode office.

Its been 6 months and my passport is not processed. Sending multiple mails daily to get an update, i booked appointment for enquiry for 1st November and i got surety to process it in a week.

My and my husband, s passport status changed to ‘ being reviewed at RPO’ and no updates received till 15th Nov. Then my husband sent emails to grievance cell and his passport got processed and not mine.

Now i am trying to reach passport office and grievance cell daily multiple times but no response and status update happening. We had our plans and its getting postponed due to this. This is put growing india where people have to struggle for months to get passport processed but passport office claiming to process passports anywhere in india within 1-2 days.

My Indian passport was impounded fool lowing matrimonial cases. All my cases have been quashed by Chandigarh high court and closed. Consulate in Birmingham have requested RpO Delhi twice for noc with electronic copy of quashing and case closure documents. There have been no response from RPO Delhi so far.

I had applied for passport on 31st May but my passport has not come yet.please tell me why my passport is under review. And tell me, if I want to come again for verification, then where should i come delhi passport office /gurgaon passport office /chandigarh passport office. I’m so confused where I need to go. My name Manohar Lal, age 70 years. I have applied for my passport on 5th July 2021, DL:[protected], ARN No. : 21-[protected]. They are not giving me a valid reason for not releasing my passport. I have been called twice for this issue and went back empty handed. I have an urgent work and hence need my passport as soon as possible. This is not acceptable as they are not giving me a reason. For an aged person like me its very difficult to keep running after them and still not receiving what I want . Please release my passport and I will be very thankful.

I'm trying to call RPO delhi since 2-3, days and also mailed them regarding my inquiry about my passport application closure letter, my passport application has been closed a week ago but i didn't receive closure letter yet, and didn't have any update regarding the same!! I want to apply again for the new passport but due to closure letter I'm not able to, now they're not receiving calls or replying to mails!! Please help !! As it's very urgent for me..

I FILED COMPLAINT AT www.passportindia.gov.in under grievance and feedback two times.my Service Request No.[protected] which they marked as resolved already but in attached file you see that nothing is solved yet. i called at[protected]customer care )they are also not forwarding my call to some senior so kindly look into my matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I am already so frustrated due to this.

I applied renewal of passport for my daughter Nitya DOB[protected] on[protected]. Till now her file is still under review with RPO, I raised a grievance to RPO ''[protected]'' on[protected]; which also went on pending even after due date; no action from RPO on this. I wrote a number of times to RPO, made multiple calls on all the number provided on their website but all in vain; no response from them. Whenever we call their call center they say wait.

Due to some reason my passport is on hold at RPO Delhi and they asked me to Visit for Query.
From last 15 days I'm trying to book an appointment but always slot are full and I'm unable to take the appointment.I'm living 800KM away from Delhi, Please help to to get the future appointment so that I can plan my travel accordingly.

HI am not able to get appointment for enquiry at RPO Delhi.Need to give explanation regarding address issue.

My daughter's passport is under query from RPO Bikaji Cama Place. I m not getting date to Visit. I have also sent mail on Rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in but have not received reply. Please help me to get appointment in RPO after 2 pm if possible.

I have an Indian passport and applied for a re-Issue of Passport due to a change in Birth Place Name.

Two appointments I had made for this re-issue
1. With Passport Office - RK PURM
2. With RPO Passport Office Delhi

Even with full required documents as per law to change the wrong birthplace.

It is been 1 year almost (application date:15.03.2021) since i have applied for passport. The process of verification has been done successfully. The status is showing as "Passport application is under review at Regional Passport office". My File number is DL01C[protected]. I had also raised the complaint on Passport portal, they were saying that passport is received undelivered and take online appointment before visiting RPO but i am not able to take any online appointment and RPO is also not picking up the call.

Would request you to kindly look after this and resolve it asap.

My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 23th nov, 2021 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 2 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is PP[protected]IN. Pls solve this problem, as I'm at a loss for not getting my study materials on time!!

Passport Seva kendra, Herald House ITO advised me by their Acknowledgement letter dr 11th Oct2021 to contact APO (Escalation )at RPO, Bhikaji Cama Place New Delhi for further processing of my application for renewal of Passport.When I went to meet d said RPO on 12th Oct, I was denied entry by d guards outside d building on d ground that I had not an online Appointment Letter n I found that such letters r issued only on a fresh application for renewal of Passport after payment of fixed fee.D letter from d said Seva Kendra was not taken as an appointment letter.D PRO or Grievance Officer could also not b contacted as they sit inside d building in control of guards.SO HOW DO I CONTACT d SAID RPO .I feel harassed as I need d Passport at d earliest.I m an aged SENIOR CITIZEN n can't make many trips to RPO New Delhi -Vijay Lakshmi Mehra

I applied for a reissue of my passport with file number DL01C[protected]. I understand that you had dispatched my passport in June 2020 but, it was undelivered. The address provided by me is correct I frequently receive documents and parcels at this address. I was at home during that period due to the ongoing pandemic. No one came to my door with the passport.

It's been 3 months that I have applied passport for address change. The passport status still showing pending at regional office. I tried everything called every where no response. Please help.

Would like inform you that I submitted my required document to the verification officer on 4th Feb 2021, as per him he also submitted the same document to the RPO for further processing, however still the status showing under review of my passport .

Would humble request to you please issue my passport.
