Passport Office Delhi — delay in passport service

Disgusting service.. Our appointment was on 24th oct 2017 and till yet we have not received the passport.

Provide me the details of the higher authority immediately else i will escalate this further..
We even visited the passport office but nobody attended us properly..
What about the timeline shared?? 15 days??
Its been more than 15 days and the last update we have received is that it has gone for printing.
Is there anybody who can help us or shall we proceed for further escalations.
