Passport Office Ghaziabad — delay in passport renewal process

Dear sir, i completed my passport renewal appointment from aligarh passport seva on 17/12/2018.
File no : gz04c[protected] but my passport status has been unchanged displaying i. E "application fees & documents submitted"till today, my documents has reached ghaziabad passport office but they didn't start my process, kindly check the attached photo please help
I urgently need passport for visa stamping
