Passport Office Guwahati — delay in issuance of my passport.

Sir,
I would like to request you to issue me passport in time without much delay. It's my 1st time that i have been experiencing with such an error message in your website that my passport application is under review. Already one month & five days have gone astray. Earlier i applied for renewal passport and also got the same in time. But after losing my previous passport unfortunately, i again applied with sufficient amount of fees required and this time, i have been experiencing with such wrong message.
