Dear sir, My name is simon shadap and i am currently working in dubai, i had given my rpassport for renewal on the 15 may 2017 but till date they say that they are still waiting for clearance from the rpo office guwahati because of which i cannot apply for my health card and travel, please help me because i am far and i have no means to contact anyone.
