Passport Office Hyderabad — pcc not received satyam

Dear sir,
This is sathyam reddy kunduru and i stay in canada. I applied for pcc at high commission of india, ottawa on 3rd july 2017. This pcc is needed for applying security clearance in canada. My passport number is h0209255. But recently i got an update from high commission of india that my pcc is not done and the reason is not conveyed. Please let me know the reason for my pcc rejection.
