I booked speed post from Kollam (Kerala) to Hyderabad on 28.03.18. My consignment no. for speed post is EL[protected]IN & it is not delivered since 10days. Consignment is containing important documents & EXAM APPLICATION FORM. It is not delivered till now so I am not eligible for exam. Who is responsible for my 1 year loss???
