Passport Office Kolkata — non receipt of renewal passport

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Ex-serviceman. My niece, named Ms Ankita Mitra, D/O Dr Asim Kumar Mitra had applied for renewal of her Passport No. G 4442979 long back. Presently she is living at North Carolina, USA. She had applied there for renewal of her passport which is lying at Regional Passport Office at Kolkata.
It is learnt that Police verification report has already been sent on[protected] to Regional Passport Office, Kolkata but so far Regional Passport office is not sending it back to the USA.
It is pertinent to mention that presently she is staying there without the Passport, hence, the case has to be disposed of on Priority.
