Passport Office Kolkata — Passport very much delay

Sir, my name is Chandra Shekhar Singh and i m from kolkata, ballygunge . I am a student of jalpaiguri govt. engineering college. I applied passport on 14th november 2014, and police varification has been completed on 18th december 2014 in kolkata and also i varified in jalpaiguri before 8months approximately . my file number is - CA[protected] . I applied passport before 1+year and todey's date is 2nd jan 2016 and i got no passport . I also went so many times to regional passport office which is situated in Brabourne road, kolkata and enquiry about my passport and every time i got reply that your varification process is going on and on... I totally fed up with the system of enquiry, i am also mentally harass with the system and i have no idea what to do...please sir help me to geting my passport, its really urgent sir please help...
