Respected sir. In reference to my above fresh/new passport application, i like to inform you that as per my application & during my appointment at passport seva kendra on 15/03/2018 my police station have been marked as chandannagar in stead of serampore. After receiving telephonic call from dib office at chandannagar i have met with them & as per their advise i have applied to send my police verification at dib office serampore but till date i have not receive any call from dib office serampore. As per enquiry online it shows that police verification is not clear & under review at your office. Sir so please do the needful to clear my police verification & give me an appointment to meet with you regarding the above.
