Passport Office Lucknow — Delay from SP office Kanpur after verification by Respective Thana

Hi I have subbmited my documents for passport at 24/25 Nov 2015 and I got mail from PSK that physical police verification at your respective Thane under SP Office, District Kanpur Nagar.at 26 Nov 2015. Physical police verification completed by J.P Singh at 14 Jan 2015 from Thane chakeri and LIU verification at 20 Jan 2015 by Nasim. but still my passport status showing pending physical police verification at your respective Thane under SP Office, District Kanpur Nagar.
