Passport Office Lucknow — delay in passport from lucknow rpo

Hello sir... I dr manish kumar singh has applied for passport on 6/9/19 in psk gorakhpur... My file no is lk[protected]. My police verification is done in september only... And i rechecked in police station they said that they have already submitted that. I have to go to abroad for my seminar and my further study but my passport is not issued till now. Online it showing that lucknow rpo is waiting for police clearance. If you need any documents plz let me know or plz issue passport as early as possible. I will be very thankful to you...
