The people there in the office are complete fraud.
They lie that we opted for passport cover in the form but there was no option of the same in the form.
Then they print out false information that we opted for the cover so that they can sell it and earn incentives.
Please do kindly look into the matter.
Those people lie like hell and do not want to look for the people they are providing the service but just look out for their incentives.
