Passport Office Lucknow — Passport still did not receive

I have applied my son passport on 13jan 2015 in tatkal application both inquiry has been done on 17feb 2015 but when ever I m checking the status still showing physical inquiry pending on SP office Kanpur nagar, I have send email to rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in but no response from them also request you kindly find the below detail and help me out to get my son passport .File Number :- LK[protected] Date of Birth :- 09/09/2014 Given Name :- DAUD ATHAR Surname :- USMANI Type of Application :- Tatkaal Status :- Pending for physical police verification at your respective Thana under SP Office, District Kanpur Looking forward for your cooperation
