Passport Office Lucknow — regarding police verification

My file no is lk01c[protected] date of birth 22/1292 my all document submitted at 3/10/2018 but still my status show passport application has been submitted along with all applicable fees and supporting documents.
Please help me when my police verification came. Why it is too much late. Please help me asap. Aprox 1 moth is over still process is as it is.
