I applied for the renewal of my son's passport in Malappuram Passport Office and paid Rs.2100 as fee for emergency service. I received information through their website and an email from RPO saying that the passport was issued on 26.03.2012, i.e. 4days after the application date. But I didn't receive the passport through speed post , as they promised, until today, 31.03.2012,
