Passport Office Patna — passport process delay | |
I have submitted an application for fresh passport on 24th oct (Appointment date) at post office passport camp darbhanga and my police verification was done on 7th december, after more than 1 month. Now status on passport website is as below for more than 20 days: Police verification report for passport application is under review at the regional passport office. Passport will be dispatched after police verification report is found clear, subject to granting. The applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched. Every time i check online status it is showing this message. Please let me know the reason for delay in issue of passport.
