The issue is not fixed, the passport team has given me the update stating that the report id pending at the police station, however when i called police station they are stating that the report has already been submitted.

Below is the update i received after i had logged a complaint yesterday.

Your pvr request is pending with sp office in lonikalbhor police station.

Wherein i already went last month and the police people are also saying that i don't have to do anything and they have submitted my file.

Below are the name of the police officers from lonikalbhor who can testify that i did go to police station 3 times till date.

Please let me know if they have only plan to harrase me than giving me a passport, so that i can stop wasting my time.

Moreover the passport office has been giving me the robotic reply with no concern or any help, this is my 10 the emamil to them so far, but they don't care, they just go to online portal and give the status only.
No calls have been received by passport office. Moreover do not know where to apply for it.

Hello sir/ madam,

This is with reference to the file number # pn[protected] submitted in the month of august.

I really need your help to get this issue escalated.

In aug i went to passport office to submit the application.

Sept i get notification to visit police station and i went however the police office in lonikalbhor pune police station told me to get the registered agreement.

I made the agreement in the month of oct and went to the lonikalbhor police station wherein i was told to get the affidavit to support my registered rent agreement.

I made the same and submitted the file in the month of dec 2018 to lonikalbhor police station.

In the month of jan i get a message that the police has submitted the adverse report, i called the old free number of passport application and it asked to go to the regional office in pune.

I went to the pune office in the month of jan, the officer their did not listen to me at all and asked me to fill the re-initiation of address verification stating that i never went to the police station despite i had all the proof.

I still did that and in jan again i get a message to go to lonikalbhor police station which i did go and submitted the same documents again.

I get a call from hadapsar police station o visit them for address verification, i told them i had already been to lonikalbhor as i was told my area comes under their juridiction, he then rechecked and confirmed the same.

It is march and i have still not received my passport and have been getting harassed by going almost 18 km to the place station and 25 kilometers to the regional office but no help.

I wrote many times to grievance however i get only one response to visit the regional office with no verification and i have no patience left to do anything further. I have almost spend 10000 to complete the formalities for rs 2000 passport.

I would request you to please take this priory and help me.
