Passport Office Pune — file is pending at commissioner of police pune

I applied for fresh passport on 22/04/19 on 25/04/2019 my police verification is completed and file is submitted by wanwadi police station but police report is pending at Commissioner of Police it's been now 10 days kindly find the attachment for reference. My file No is PN[protected]
When I am checking online status am getting following statement.

"Police report has been submitted by Wanawadi Police Station, Pune City and sent to Commissioner of Police, District Pune City for review"
