[Resolved]  Kolkata RPO — PASSPORT NOT RECEIVED.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Samrat Kar and I am writing to complain about the delayed delivery of my passport whose file reference number is CA[protected]. Date of Birth 02/12/1983. I applied for the passport at Kolkata Regional passport office on 31st October 2012. All the mandatory process like police verification has completed on 28th Dec 2012 but i did not receive my passport since then. Even the online status shows that the “Pending for physical police verification at your respective Thana under Additional SP Office, District South 24 Parganas”. I have also met with verification Officer of local Police Thana for inquiry, they said that they had dispatched the manual documents to the passport office for further process under Memo no: 10552/12 dated:[protected]. But still now I have not received my passport. I request you to treat my compliant as urgent and solve it as soon as it can be. Thank you in advance for the support.
