Passport Seva Kendra — 86 days has been passed but my passport still pending (irresponsible passport team)

86 days has been passed but my passport yet pending. Also police verification yet pending. Please take corrective action: and also update to me how many days you need to create my passport.

Why my passport pending?

Due to passport delay i am suffering by many problems. Please tell me who is responsible for this.
